TERMS AND CONDITIONS

➤ The Term RSJ refers to Roshan shah Jewellers and its Jewellery Showroom wherever applicable.

➤ Jewellery purchased from RSJ can only be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase on submission of the original bill & cash will not be refunded under my circumstances.

➤ RSJ is not responsible for any loss to mishandling of ornaments with breakage, Chipping of enamel and falling of stones.

➤ RSJ Jewellery can be taken back after removing the stones, enamel and dust etc., and the cost will be calculated at the prevailing market rate and as per the company policy.

➤ RSJ Diamond jewellery can be exchange to new Diamond jewellery at 100% bill value. However, in case of exchange of diamonds jewellery to gold jewellery 10% will be deducted.

➤ All Dimond Jewellery can be Return after 20% deduction of the bill value.

➤ The weight of stone is only Indicative and the actual may vary. However, in all cases, the stone weight shown in the RSJ bill will be considered

➤ “The weight of stone etc is only indicative and the actual may vary marginally However, in all cases, the stone weight show in the bill will be considered. Please retain the original bill.”

➤ Payments to customer for more than Rs 10000/- will be made only through account payee cheque.

➤ Gift articles once sold cannot be exchanged or encashed.

➤ This Sales invoice is construed to be the "GST Tax Invoice" under the purview of the GST rules & regulations.

➤ It is presumed that the customer understood and agreed to the product features before making the final decision to purchase and also agreed for the rates charged for the product and the method adopted in arriving at the final invoice value of the product so chosen.

➤ RSJ reserves Right to modify the terms and conditions as and when required.

➤ All disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu
